Before you book
The first consultation, estimate and site visit do not oblige you to place an order. You can decide not to proceed at any time before paying a booking amount.
Cancelling after booking
To cancel, write to us by email or WhatsApp from your registered number so that there is a dated record. What can be refunded depends on the stage reached:
- Before design work has started: the booking amount is refunded after deducting any charges stated in your estimate.
- After design work has started: charges for the measurement, design and 3D work already completed are deducted.
- After materials are ordered or production has started: made-to-measure items such as modular kitchens, wardrobes and custom furniture cannot be resold, so the cost of materials ordered and work completed is not refundable.
- After installation or site work: completed work is not refundable.
If we cancel or cannot deliver
If Niwas Interior is unable to carry out all or part of the agreed scope for reasons within our control, we will refund the amount paid for the part not delivered.
Defects and corrections
If any item is damaged, defective or different from the approved design or specification at handover, tell us straight away. We will repair or replace it. A refund for that item is offered where repair or replacement is not possible.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method through the payment gateway, or to the lender where the payment was financed by a loan. We confirm the refund amount and the expected date in writing when the refund is approved. After we release a refund, the time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank and the payment gateway.
Cash refunds are not given for online payments.
Offers and free items
Discounts and free items given under a festival or promotional offer apply only to a completed order. If an order is cancelled or reduced, the offer benefit is recalculated on the final order value.
