Secure payments through our payment gateway
Payments to Niwas Interior are made through our authorised online payment gateway. You can pay using the methods the gateway offers at checkout, such as UPI, debit and credit cards and net banking.
- Your card number, UPI PIN, OTP and net-banking password are entered on the gateway's secure page. Niwas Interior does not see or store them.
- You receive a payment confirmation from the gateway and a receipt from Niwas Interior for every payment.
- The amount is charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Taxes are added as applicable under law.
- Any charge applied by your bank or card issuer is between you and them.
Stay safe when you pay
- Use only the payment link or QR code shared from the official Niwas Interior phone number or email address shown on this website.
- Check that the payee name shown before you confirm matches the name on your Niwas Interior estimate.
- Never share an OTP, PIN or password with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from our team. We will never ask for them.
- If you receive a payment request that looks unusual, call the studio on +91 92638 60117 before paying.
Payment stages
Interior projects are normally paid for in stages linked to progress, for example on booking, on design approval before production, and before installation and handover. The exact stages and amounts for your project are those written in your estimate. Work on each stage begins once the payment for that stage has been received.
Loan and EMI facility
We can help you spread the cost of your interiors through a loan or EMI plan from a bank or non-banking finance company (the lender).
- Niwas Interior is not a bank or lender. We introduce you to the lender and help with the paperwork; the loan is an agreement between you and the lender.
- Approval depends on the lender's eligibility checks, KYC documents and credit assessment. Approval is not guaranteed.
- The interest rate, processing fee, tenure, EMI amount, and any late-payment or foreclosure charges are set by the lender and shown in the lender's loan documents. Please read them before you sign.
- The loan amount is paid by the lender to Niwas Interior against your project. EMIs are paid by you directly to the lender.
- We share your details with a lender only after you ask us to apply on your behalf.
If a project financed by a loan is changed or cancelled
Cancelling or changing your project does not automatically cancel your loan. Any refund due under our Refund & Cancellation Policy is returned to the lender or to you as the lender's process requires, and you remain responsible to the lender for interest and charges under your loan agreement.
Failed, duplicate or disputed payments
If money is debited but the payment fails, the amount is normally reversed to the original account automatically by the bank or gateway. If you are charged twice for the same payment, tell us with the transaction reference and we will arrange a refund of the duplicate amount to the original payment method.
